Pretty powerful
The compact and robust TruTool TSC 200 is designed for fiber lasers with high laser power and correspondingly hard slag up to 25 mm. This is independent of the material. Several factors are decisive for the high cleaning quality and performance. For example, the geometry of the cleaning tool and the feed support. In addition, the balanced weight distribution of the housing and motor ensures smooth and ergonomic operation. The cleaning time for a standard pallet of 1500 mm x 3000 mm with partial loading is approx. 15 minutes. We recommend the optional feed support if you need to clean slag thicknesses > of 15 mm.
Cleaning process
The slat is cleaned from bottom to top with a rotating movement. The roughing function breaks up the slag and performs the coarse cleaning. The finishing function is responsible for fine cleaning by scraping off the slag.
Can be used once
The cleaning tools, which are made of high-quality materials, have wear part markings on the side. Replace the tools when the markings are no longer visible. You have the option of turning the cleaning tool 180° beforehand. This ensures a long service life.

Minimal force required
TruTool TSC 200 automatically adapts to different slag thicknesses of up to 25 mm and achieves optimum cleaning results at a laser power of > 6000 watts. This is independent of whether it is hard slag or mixed slag. We recommend the optional feed support if you are cleaning slag thicknesses of > 15 mm. This is attached to the TSC 200. This reduces the feed force to a minimum. No additional aids are required and time-consuming preparations are unnecessary.
Cleaning tool
Choose between tool no. 2 for slat thicknesses of 2 mm - 2.9 mm and tool no. 3 for 3 mm - 4 mm. The tools impress with their long service life and can be replaced quickly and without tools.
Ergonomic and practical
The ergonomically shaped plastic handle makes it easy and convenient to place the machine on the pallet to be cleaned. In addition, the positioning markings on the housing cover and handle indicate where the slat to be cleaned is located.
Easy to guide
The slide plate has a width of 250 mm and provides a stable support area during cleaning. Even with partial loading, the slide plate rests on several slats. Your benefit: Smooth machine guidance and easy handling.
Sophisticated
The openings on the underside of the slide plate provide sufficient space to remove slag and dust. This also prevents the cleaning tools from jamming during cleaning. In addition, the insertion chamfers prevent jamming with the slat.
Easy maintenance
An LED display on the electronics box actively supports the machine operator with tool changes and service intervals. The integrated LED indicators light up yellow and red to indicate when the cleaning tools should be changed or when a service is recommended. This ensures safe work processes, which have a positive effect on the cleaning result and the longevity of the machine.
