This Advanced Systems & Designs - ASDQMS SmartCable USB Keyboard, single gage interface, connects a coolant proof Mitutoyo IP65 gage to a computer. See applicable gages below. This SmartCable USB gage interface connects directly to the gage, no additional cables required. The ASDQMS SmartCable Keyboard gage interface will make the Mitutoyo IP65 coolant proof digital gage readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard - eliminates data collection errors. If you want to collect data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or any SPC software program, simply select the cell where you want the data to appear and send data.

The output of the Advanced Systems and Designs SmartCable Keyboard is a standard USB 2.0 keyboard signal. Connecting the SmartCable Keyboard with its built-in keyboard wedge to a computer will allow the SmartCable gage interface to be identified as a keyboard device that can send data to any Microsoft Windows application or explorer based SPC software package - no complicated software wedge required.
