How to Return a Product
- Request RMA
- You can request a return within 14 days from the date your order was received. Your request will be reviewed upon receipt and if approved, you will receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions. Please do not ship your order back until you receive your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Kindly note that RMA requests applied for after 14 days from the date your order was received may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
- To request an RMA number, please email the following information to info@megasolutions.llc:
- Mega Solutions LLC Sales Order Number
- Manufacturer's part number
- Product serial number
- Number of items to return
- Your email address and contact phone number
- Reason for your return
- Return type: refund or exchange
- Please be aware that RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and cannot be extended or reissued. Returns must be received within 14 business days from the date of issuing RMA.
Receive RMA
- Once approved, we will send you an email with the RMA number and shipping address for returns.
Pack
- The product should be repacked in its original package or include the original package with the item in another box. All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way they were received.
- Please make sure to pack the items properly to prevent damage in transit. The product's packaging must be kept in its original condition.
- All products being returned must be:
- 100% complete
- in new, re-sellable condition
- with the original software, components, cables, documentation, manual(s) and accessories.
- The RMA number should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box with the item to be returned. The original product carton should not be defaced by marks or tape.
Ship
- Products purchased from our website may only be returned to the shipping address specified in the return shipping instructions. Please do not ship returns to Mega Solutions, LLC address. We will not be responsible for the additional costs associated with the reshipping, insurance, and address correction if the return is received at Mega Solutions LLC address.
- Pay attention that all returns should be sent:
- "Pre-Paid" and fully insured for the invoice amount against damage or loss
- via UPS, FedEx or DHL carrier with signature confirmation, tracking, and insurance
- Please email us with the Tracking Number for your returns.
Testing & Inspecting
- All returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Please allow 1–2 weeks for determination to be made if eligibility requirements are met for refund or exchange.
Refund
If you return a product for a refund, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be charged. The restocking fee is deducted from the original invoice price less any shipping costs that were incurred (the original shipping cost for items with free shipping included).
Refunds can be processed upon receipt and inspection. A refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchange
If you return a product for exchange, in most cases a restocking fee of up to 30% will be charged. The restocking fee can be reduced or waived on a case-by-case basis.
The restocking fee is deducted from the original invoice price less any shipping costs that were incurred (the original shipping cost for items with free shipping included).
Exchange can be processed upon receipt and inspection. Once the return is received, inspected and approved, and the exchange item is shipped, you will receive an email with the Tracking Number.
Refused Shipments
If shipments are refused because the item is no longer wanted or not picked up by the customer after shipping courier’s attempts to deliver, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be charged.
Please note that:
- for packages with ground shipping, the couriers make three delivery attempts
- for packages with expedited shipping, only one delivery attempt is made.
If you miss these attempts, your package will be held for 3–5 days. If you fail to collect this package within the set period, it will get returned.
